We have been hard at work developing our new website – if you spent any time with the previous website, you’ll know that this new one is a large improvement. One of our key aims has been improving your experience, and we have done this through a series of new additions.

Online Course Bookings

You can now book a place on our courses directly through this website. All you need to do is open your chosen course, find your preferred date, and then go ahead and register yourself a place. We’ve made this process as simple and painless as possible, but you can always get in touch with us if you need any help or if you’d prefer to book your course the old-fashioned way – through a friendly chat with our phone team.

Keep Track Of Your Course History

We know how much trouble it can be to remember when you last trained, and when your qualifications are due to expire. If you open up an account on this website, we’ll make this a whole lot easier for you by letting you keep track of your previous bookings, to see when you have completed your training, and which courses you have taken, along with anything extra that was added during the training.

Account creation is available to anybody, whether they are private individuals or companies. When you first open an account, you will be on the ‘Private’ level, but any companies that wish to upgrade their account to access a wider variety of payment methods can request an account upgrade. If you are a company that has already done business with Altrain ADR, then please get in touch with us, and we will be happy to create a Company-level account on your behalf.

Improved Interface

There’s nothing worse than a website which feels horrible to use. Because of this, we’ve spent a lot of time attempting to make it as user-friendly and as pleasing to the eye as possible. It should now be much easier to find what you’re looking for, and actually booking your place on a course is now much snappier.

We have also made the new website with mobile devices in mind, so that it is much easier to book your course and manage your history on-the-go.

Finding Help Has Never Been Easier

We want Altrain ADR to be as helpful to you as possible. While we have spent a lot of time making sure the website is as informative and as easy to use as possible, we know that sometimes it is preferable to actually talk to somebody. This is why we have made our contact details easy to find, alongside a new Contact form in which one of our members of staff will get back in touch with you ASAP, no matter what question you might have.
